Chan’s Restaurant: Savor Authentic Chinese and Sushi Cuisine in Lake Ronkonkoma

Love getting food from here. My order is always right. I try many Chinese food restaurants and this one is the best out of them all. Would highly recommend trying them if you haven't tryed them yet.

Food quality has improved over the years. Food was yummy, only complaint is that my egg roll was not drained, so it was sitting in a puddle of oil in the baggy, about 1/3 full..once dried off though perfectly fine

A great Chinese food place. The quality of the chicken and beef far exceeds that of any other local places I've been to. You get actual white meet in the chicken instead of that dark mystery meat a lot of other places will give you. I recommend trying the orange beef, it is awesome! It is more expensive than other places, but it is worth the extra money.

My favorite Chinese takeout for over 25 years since I had moved to Suffolk. Go with chicken and broccoli in white sauce and boneless BBQ ribs.

We have been customers of Mr Chan's since moving out here from Queens in 1996. Their food is always cooked to perfection and they will honor any requests you make for any dishvthru serve. Their prices are very competitive, we will utilize their lunch specials very often because of the amount of food you get for the price. We will continue to be customers for ad long as we are living in Ronkonkoma.

I grew up going there. I always liked it. I would get the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, white rice. I would get wonton soup and shrimp roll. It's been there over 30 years. I don't know if it's new owners, have not ate there in awhile. I think it's been a few years. I have to back and try again. It's a take place, but they have a few tables. I called I wanted delivery which they don't do. I understand the roads are crazy, safety, they are busy cooking. They have I think GrubHub but I don't have any if those delivery apps. Anyway delivery can get expensive fuel charge, etc. Some places don't charge delivery fees, but your still tipping. Anyway they have good lunch specials. If they have cheese wontons I would try. I would hope they would be bid and filled with alot of cheese. Enjoy.

This is far and away the best Chinese place on Long Island. I worked on the road for many years and lived in both Nassau & Suffolk counties and have never had chicken that actually had the texture of real chicken from any other chinese restaurant. Worth driving past 10 other places and 20 extra minutes of travel to come here.

Good takeout and good customer service. I live close to this restaurant, and once they left out an egg roll. I called them and went to pick it up. They gave me a free wonton soup along with the missing egg roll. Such a simple gesture strengthened my loyalty.
